Achievers 1 to 100 Ranks: Those who got ALL INDIA RANK 1-100 in NSTSE 2020 are declared as ALL INDIA achievers.

STATE WISE Achievers 1 to 3: State wise achievers of NSTSE 2020 are declared after excluding the top 100 ranks across the whole country.

If a student gets state 1st rank in NSTSE 2020 and All India Rank below 100, then he/she is regarded as the all India National Achiever. Students with All India Rank above 100 in NSTSE 2020 are considered as State Achievers.

City wise topper: A city wise topper is declared after excluding the top 100 ranks across the state and country wise achievers.

School topper: School Topper in your school.

Class topper: Class Topper of your class in your school.

NSTSE Topper: A student of any class from 1 to 12, who gets 100% score, is awarded with prize money of Rs. 2,00,000.

If none of the students achieves the same, then the student who achieves the highest percentage of marks among all the classes is awarded with Rs. 1,00,000.

If in case, more than one student achieves the same, the prize money is distributed equally.

If in case, more than one student gets an equal top score, priority for ranks will be based on marks acquired in the given order of subjects:

Mathematics (Biology for PCB group), physics, chemistry, biology and General Questions.

Unified Council only declares 'All India and State Ranks' for NSTSE 2020. City Wise achievers are declared only for selected cities.

City Rank (for every Class) of NSTSE 2020 for each class is declared when there is a minimum participation of 500 students from a particular city.

Selected Cities: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar + Cuttack, Mohali + Panchkula, Chennai, Faridabad + Gurgaon, Bareilly, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kanpur, Kota, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Noida + Ghaziabad, Pune, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Indore, Jalandhar, Karnal + Yamuna Nagar + Ambala + Kurukshetra, Visakhapatnam and Vadodara.

Each and every rank for NSTSE 2020 is based on All India Level participation while City rank is only based on a particular city.

Note: City wise toppers are announced excluding the top 100 All India Ranks & State Toppers when NSTSE 2020 results are declared.
