Guidelines – Level 2 Olympiads
IEO / NSO / IMO
Level 2 Exams for SOF Olympiads (IEO, NSO, IMO) will be conducted on Sunday, 8th February 2026.
Students Qualifying For The 2nd Level Olympiad Exams May Note Following Guidelines Carefully:
Qualifiers
A list of 2nd-level Olympiad qualified students has been shared with respective schools along with the declaration of respective results. Detailed results of the above exams are also posted on our website, confirming whether or not a student has qualified for the 2nd-level exam.
Venue
Second-level Olympiad exam centres have been finalized in all major cities across India, as well as in all the countries participating in SOF Olympiad exams around the world. Confirmed centres assigned to qualifying students will be distributed through their respective schools by the first week of February 2026.
Admit Cards
Admit cards, in duplicate, will be made available to students as under:
- These will be delivered to the schools where students have qualified for second-level exams.
- These will be available on our website, www.sofworld.org, by the first week of February 2026.
- On official request, these will be emailed to the respective schools.
- Students may also use their admit cards for 1st-level exams. In February 2026, they can contact SOF at [email protected] OR [email protected] for the address of their exam centre.
- Students may obtain their admit cards (in duplicate) via any of the methods listed above, paste their colour passport-size photographs on both copies of the admit card and have them attested (signed and stamped) by school officials.
- The admit cards include information such as the exam location and time. Students must bring both copies of their admit cards to the testing centre, where one copy will be kept by the centre. Each 2nd level Olympiad for which students have qualified requires a separate set of admit cards.
- Students may be denied entry to the Olympiad if they do not have attested admit cards with photographs.
- Students' roll numbers will be the same as those assigned for the first level exams.
- Students must arrive at the designated exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.
- Students will be allowed to enter the exam hall 15 minutes before the exam begins to settle in and fill out their information on the OMR sheet.
- Students will be denied entry into the exam hall 10 minutes after the exam begins. Such candidates will not be given additional time to complete the exam.
- Students may leave the exam hall only when the exam is finished. Students will not be permitted to leave the exam hall while the exam is being administered unless the invigilator gives permission.
- Students will have 60 minutes to finish the exam.
Parents/guardians Will Not Be Allowed Entry In The Exam Centers
General
- All students (from classes three to twelve) who qualify for the second level will compete in 2nd level Olympiads.
